In today's fast-paced world, the Human Resources (HR) department plays a pivotal role in success of any organization. With plethora tasks to manage, HR team often faces daunting challenge screening and selecting best candidates for various positions. To streamline this process, we propose novel system that integrates power Kruskal algorithm resume screening, conducting qualifying test called "BTNT," psychological testing like Emotional Intelligence analyze shortlisted candidates. Our proposed utilizes Knapsack approach under Dynamic Programming suggest most suitable roles. By automating these tedious through Artificial (AI), ensure faster, more accurate, cost-effective selection process.
